Popular southeast lake community continues to grow

The community’s architecture, lake, wetlands and extensive pathway system that connects it all attracts families.

“There are so many community events – ladies’ nights are the best – and the overall community feel is second to none,”

“That is just what Hopewell Residential, the developer behind the community, had in mind when it created the vision for Mahogany.

“When Mahogany first launched 10 years ago, we sought to create a community like no other,” said Nicole McLaws, marketing manager for Hopewell Residential. “Somewhere vibrant, walkable and inclusive – a community that is truly unique.”

Currently, almost 10,000 people call Mahogany home, and McLaws says the next five years will usher in the release of new lots, showhomes, parks and even more shopping and dining.

“It will only continue to get better and better,” she said.
