Here are the house sales statistics for the month of February 2011 for the community of Lake Bonavista:
As of March 2, 2011: Active listings in Lk Bonavista and Lk Bonavista Estates = 22 and we have 4 with a sale pending.
For the month of February 1 home sold in Lake Bonavista - for $496,000 # days on the market was 77
For the month of February 4 homes sold in Lake Bonavista Estates - high 1,150,000 and low $712,500. Average days on the market was 5.
