Here is a summary of the Calgary Real Estate Board statistics for December 2008.Sales of single family homes dropped by 47% from a year ago and 33% from November. Similarly Condominium sales in Calgary were 48% lower than a year ago and 27% lower than November. 2008 overall was a reasonable year for Real Estate n Calgary, a higher than normal number of listings saw the opportunities switching over to the buyer.
